2022/23 Information Evening: May 17th, 7.15pm
We are holding an information evening at 7.15pm on May 17th for everyone in current year 8 or above who wants to start their DofE adventure as a member of CAG in September 2022.
Come and find out what it’s all about and how, with CAG, you can have a DofE adventure that will last a lifetime!!

Challenge Adventure Group is licensed by DofE to run the D of E Award in Solihull. We are the only independent organisation and the only non-school or “traditional” uniformed group licensed to provide the DofE Award in Solihull.
All Award Levels
Challenge Adventure Group is able to run all three of the D of E Award levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold – very few award centres go above Bronze, much less Silver. CAG are able to offer all levels.

CAG are very proud of our recent success record in achieving levels started – all our most recent Bronze award group achieved their Bronze award, most within 12 months!!
Exciting Adventures
CAG is and adventurous outdoor activity group – so we go a little further than others in running interesting, adventurous and challenging D of E expeditions – we’ve been all over the UK for our expedition areas which our participants have hugeley enjoyed.
Methods Of Travel
A D of E expedition must be self propelled essentially, so expeditions are is mostly carried out as a foot expedition meaning a hiking expedition where the hiker carries everything they need for the duration of their expedition.
Challenge Adventure Group likes to do different and more adventurous modes of travel though, so whilst a foot expedition is always an available choice we also offer biking and paddling on rivers as alternative modes of transport.
If you would prefer to do a non-foot expedition, maybe you should be doing your expedition with CAG!!
